hi everybody.
a couple of years ago i travelled france. after paying the supplements the first two times i was a bit pissed off by paying those supplements and simply tried to ride the train without them...which worked out pretty fine for me.... since in spain they are even higher (what am i buying an interrail ticket for???!) i'm thinking about doing the same there: simply acting dumb when the conducter comes...... anyone any experiences with that in spain???

Well, I have some experience - as I didn't expect that they also charge supplements for regional trains (YES! see my post https://rail.cc/en/spain-is-hostile-for-interrailers/f1762
I travelled without them. In most cases the ticket inspectors didn't mind (perhaps they didn't even know how exactly the pass works themselves) but one demanded a reservation - then we acted dumb, and he said OK to it finally. You can only try this on regional trains. I don't think you can do that on high-speed trains: when I travelled on high-speed trains my ticket was checked before I could even enter the platform from which the train left (security reasons, they also check your luggage, airport-style).
