Interrailing first timer: what stations can I use ?

Hi i have never done interrailing before, and i have some really dumb questions to ask.... :os

I have a global pass,...
Where do i find out what stations i can actually use... or does it litterally allow me 2 use all train stations??

Since i live in the UK, can i use it on the eurostar??

Any advice for a first time user??
