Hi Jen.
for train schedules for Europe: https://rail.cc/en/search-interrail-route
information about the supplements for night trains are here in the forum . just click in the country topics! or as well have a look at the list at https://rail.cc/en/interrail-night-train. there you will find some of them listed.
to the connections you asked for:
1) Perugia - Rome: only day train as it is only a travel of 2:30 to 3 hours. do it by regional train R then you don't have to pay a supplement and travel without changing the train!
2) Athens - Montenegro: it is a longer trip. have a look at this topic as well: https://rail.cc/en/interrail-night-train/greece/gr
3) Bari - Lecco: couchette (4-bed compartement) = 30 EUR; seats 2nd class if availbale: 5 EUR
4) Milano - Paris: https://rail.cc/en/interrail/milan-to-paris

thanks peter, thats great.
the prices for the couchettes are they per person or per compartment?
and how early do we need to reserve the beds/compartments? can we do it online before our trip? what would you recommend.
thank you :D jen

hej ...
better to have a look here at the forum, where you will find all the supplements for night trains as well. up to date and for Interrail. ;)
here are even more trains listed...!!! :)
the supplements are per person.
and about reservations. it is often difficult to book them online... have a look at this topic: https://rail.cc/en/interrail-train-reservation
the best is to book them somewhere on your tour at a station.
have fun, Peter :)

hey peter, regarding night-trains do you have to pay a supplement for a seat or just for a comparment? can we save money and just sleep in the seats for free?
thanks. jen :D

hej Jen ...
it depends on the train. on some you still find seats (it is listed in their description on the train schedules and also here on the website in most cases, if normal seats are available).
ten years ago, it wasn't a problem to find normal seats in night trains ... but today they become more and more real night-trains with only cars with beds... but lets say: it is still cheap and you often get a bed for 10-15 EUR. :)
have fun, Peter :)
