Updated fares:
Double sleeper: 42 € (EN 472/473), 52 € (EN 346/347)
Triple sleeper: 28 € (EN 472/473), 39 € (EN 346/347)
4-berth couchette: 22 € (EN 472/473), 23 € (EN 346/347)
6-berth couchette: 15 € (EN 472/473), 16,40 € (EN 346/347)
These fares are bed supplements, which you pay with IR. Without IR you need to pay 50,40 € for ordinary fare plus the above mentioned supplements.
Without IR you can try to buy a discounted Fortuna ticket - 59 € for triple sleeper or 39 € for 6-berth couchette. You need to buy it at least 7 days in advance and the tickets can be sold out.

It should be no problem to get this reservation at a DB station. :)
