Do you need seat reservations on regular Swiss trains if you travel First Class?

Dear Fellow Travellers,

I will take a few trains in Switzerland next month on interrail. Am I fine with only booking the trains in my interrail app or do I need seat reservations? I read somewhere that the Swiss themselfs seldomly travel First Class.
