Just type this is google search and answer comes in split milli-seconds: can do, as luggage, but ONLY when wheels are taken off and perhaps even more parts and whole ensemble put into big bag.
Mote that most trains on this line are the hi-speed KoRail KTX-but there still seem to be a very few much slower all-stops trains on the old lines, mostly for the intermediate small stops.
