Partly. As currently No trains over borders in what once was Yugoslavija. Since many yrs the common overland+sea route is via ferry to Italy.

For those special dedicated railfans with narrow minded views: if wanted nuraufSchiene: have to go via BG-RO-HU, tiwh only a gap of some 30-40 KMs from last stop in GR till borderpoint in BG=Kulata.
