Hey together,

short question.
I am from Germany and I am planning a trip from Germany to Croatia. I will start in Frankfurt/Main, have to change train in Munich and from Munich, I will take a train to Austria and so on. I will absolve the whole way on one day.
My question: Is it necessary to use two travel days for the first part of my trip or is the train from Frankfurt to Munich and from Munich to Austria a part of my first travel day as a outbound. Or should I buy a ticket for the first train from Frankfurt to Munich?

Same question on the way back, I will start in France, probably Nice, and I probably have to change train in Freiburg/Germany back to Frankfurt. Is this part of my last travel day as a inbound, or is it necessary to buy a Ticket for the train from Freiburg to Frankfurt.

Thanks in advance.

Sebastian

outbound and inbound are part of the travel days. You don't need further tickets

Etwas deutlicher. Out- und inbound startet und endet am Heimatsorts, egal mit oder ohne Umstiege innerhalb DE.
