yes, if you plan carefully. As far as I can tell it is NOT valid on Flytoget trains from Oslo to Gardermoen but can be used with Vy, Go-Ahead and SJ-Norge. From Kristiansand the fastest option is often a bus and you need to change options in the vy.no journey planner to just get trains (and rail replacement buses)
