I think about travelling from Stockholm to Tallinn. There is a ferry, that brings you there but I can't seem to find any Information about if it is included and how that works. Maybe I just overlooked something but I'm glad if someone could help

They have gone to a lot of trouble to hide the page you need, and it hasn't been updated since last year! https://benefitsportal.eurail.com/benefits/tallink-silja-oy-ferries/ there is more detail at the ferry company https://en.tallink.com/good-to-know#19052637 the discount may be small.

Nearly all ferries give a discount-small or big. But never on all the surcharges for anyone: for fuel/high season/porttax etc.
There are 10-12 different sites that compare all ferries and can offer to do the booking-compare is OK, booking not, best always on the ferry itself.
My tip: do not use this direct-go via Finland-and use daytime ferry STO-Turku, splendid views across the archipellago. Silja/Tallink or Viking line, both with discount. Various ferries Helsinki-Tln-combined fare may even be lower as direct.
IF you use pass: Note that there are several reports that train staff in Estonia cannot handle it and force you to pay. Connection to Latvia is quite bad and form Latvia to Lithuania non-existent-anyone goes by bus if no own transport.
