How to go by train from Podgorica, Montenegro to Escopia, Macedonia do Norte?

You mean Skopje, capital of Macedonia?
NO can do for now-NO trains over border with Maced.
Even if there still were trains-very long detour via Beograd neded. This is also only town to reach over rails from black mountains (MOnte Negro). Trains in Serbije are very scarce, old and slow and often cancelled-train broke. So choose how you want it: with this risk or pay for bus.
There are/were also much quicker direct buses-perhaps via Kosovo (check entry rules in that case).
A railpass is simply a waste of money in these areas.
