Eventhough you can find Catania (Sicilia) on the Interrailmap, I'm not able to add it to my trip planner.
Is it possible to go to Catania by Interrail?

Forget these maps and muhc other info-outofdate, incomplete or useless.
Pay attention to geography in school.....
You can simply go there-and if in right cars even without changing to ferry (train goes on)-just use a normal travelplanner-best is in general always that of country youre in-TrenItalia-but as most like you are in panick and try to plan waay too long advance-check not longer as 6-8 weeks ahead and assume it will also roughly be like that in oct/nov etc.
Overnight trains from Roma-Napoli, with portion for Cat and also Palermo-with seats and sleepers.
