Does anyone know if it is possible to take the first train trip with a flex pass from 2 different locations? Or is it mandatory to travel together at all times?

I dont quite understand the question.
Are you travelling together with a friend who wants to start from a different place?
This is no problem since both of you should have individual, personal Interrail passes.

I'm with Flo on this, I'm not sure about the question. Two people, each with their own pass, can travel seperately. I'm not aware of Interrail doing passes for couples, is this a different pass?
