Pretty much the titel:
I want to travel in estonia and as far as I understood Estonia is included in the global pass, but the app doesn't find any stations in Estonia. Please help

You have to do that manually. First enter just a normal trip for instance Berlin-Paris. Than scroll down the answers to the bottom. Than you see "Can't find your journey....". Click on that.

And do note there have been several reports that the conductors there canNOT scan the code, then force you to buy ticket-which in the end you can with quite delay get reimbursed. You have to tell them the just written text. Maybe-there are less as a dozen trains there-they have now got the message. Any Eestti uses the chipcard or goes for free anyway (also on a chipcard). A pass is more of a hassle as use over there-even more for the usual onward route via LIT-LV.
