No idea. But I do know that the train isn't running. The CP website says this is until further notice due to the Spanish Governemnt ad covid restrcitions - but the line is also being rebuilt in Portugal and their trains are replaced by buses. The only rail links to Portgal are very limited services between Vigo and Porto or between Badajoz and Entroncamento. The normal rules about pets are on the cp.pt and renfe.com websites
