I have to go to Ukraine. Despite the situation in the world, im wondering if there are still trains driving between Warsaw and Kyiv or Kharkiv?

Yes. There is a daily train from Warsaw to Kiev.
Warszawa Wschodnia departure 17:49
Kiev arrival 13:12
It is an overnight train. You can buy your ticket either in Poland at the railway station or contact for example the rail travel agency Polrail:
