Hi everyone!
Is possible to use our Interrail Global Pass to travel between Bari - Patras and Patras to Athenes for free?
If is not free, how can I use the discount of interrail?
Which ferry company is the best for the cheapest price?
Thanks a lot!

NO.
Even though ANEK/Superfast says its freeĀ“ with a pass, they mean anOTHER pass-the GReek islands pass/6 trips.
There are nearly 10-12 different ferries/companies that can bring you IT-GR (from various ports: Ancona/Bari/Brindisi/Otranto/even Venezia) and a quick google will show also near a dozen of ferrybooking-sites that can compare. Be aware that some ferries now only do people with cars. Nearly all give discounts to ju+senior or passholders-just read 2 or 3 lines further on their site.
Its usually not very wise to only go for the cheapest-this will always bring other assorted nasty things or a much higher price for the bus to the dock or whatever. Prices are also seasonal. Plus there is now on most also a fuel-surcharge due to high cost of diesel.
For just a normal foot/deck pax there is no need to be anxious and book monthes ahead-it brings you nothing.

Hi.
If you want to do island hopping, book the ferries directly.
For the ferry Bari to Patras read here. Also how to get to the ferry port:
https://rail.cc/train/bari-to-patras
The journey time is 16 hours and tickets start from 50 EUR.
Patras to Athens:
buy a train ticket directly at OSE:
https://www.trainose.gr/en/
It is a mix of bus and train with change in Kiato.
The journey time is 3 hours. Tickets are available for 17 EUR.
