I booked a ticket from France to Germany by train, and the price includes choosing a seat, but I don't know how to choose a seat.
Could you help me please.
Also, I don't know if I can take my bags with me.

Hi.
You can book the seat only if you book directly on the website of DBahn or SNCF. Other companies can not offer a seat selection for now. This feature will come within the next year.
If you bought a ticket on the train from France to Germany, you got an automated seat reservation. See the wagon number and seat number on your ticket. If you do not like the seats, just change your seat by asking the train staff. Usually it is no problem if free seats left.

As far as I know bags are allowed as far as they can be carried by one person.
