Go to www.bahn.de and use Krosno (20 KM from Helm, according to Google maps) instead of Helm.

This is a summertime only seaside branch-now no trains.
OR do you mean HEL=the utmost tip on a narrow peninsula from Gdynia-this has trains all year-but many more buses. There used to be even some summertime direct boats to Kaliningrad enclave-but I guess these are now all suspended.
