Maybe-will depend on train used and in any case have to REServe special space. Just google"DSB (thats the DB for DK): taking bicycle on trains. Bike=sykel if text turns into local.

On the new night train by SJ from Stockholm to Hamburg definitely not. On the Øresundståg trains from Sweden to Copenhagen yes. On domestic Danish and German trains yes. (BTW, Scandinavia is a cagtegory of its own in this forum)
