I have heard that Alegro cancels the trips from Helsinki to St.Petersbvurg. Is this true, and if so, when will it take effect?

Hi!

According to VR (Finnish Railways) the service will be suspended from March 28: https://www.vr.fi/en/trains-to-russia

Anyway, only Finnish and Russian citizens are allowed on the train.

No-since the invasion it was opened for all citizens wanting to flee the remains of old CCCP and FI=Suomi even also stopped all those anti-covid measures and QR-codes for that. So that these people could get a reasonable way out. According to newspprs also quite a few Russky left their mother-home-country, some perhaps also to escape being drafted for mil. service.

They are definitely cancelled now. All the trains have been parked in Finland.
