I would like zo Travel by train From Belgium to genua with my 2 sons From 3 and 7 years Old. Does somebody know where to book this?

First decide on what route you want-the basic choice is via FRance-with TGV or via DE=Germany+Swiss. And if it needs to be as fast as poss. or more touristy side trips and stops. Or even via the new to come-again- overnight train Paris_Nice to cover the long part in between.
Best site in general is seat61.com-it overviews in /en/ all overland routings to/fro UK to all EUR countires-just hook on from BRU and forget the €* part from LON.
You also did not tell for what time of year-in general bookings open like 3 month before-but this is variable. So for august its still a bit early.
Basically you COULD arrange everything via nmbs/ b-rail, even still at some main stations in BE, but this will likely not be the cheapest way.
MOstly you can take at least 1 child for free with you, the other one half fare, but again this really varies per train/country.
