Hi, does anybody know how Ukrainian refugee can get a free ticket from Bukarest to Vienna?

IN PL, DE, DK, NL, BE they can travel free with a ticket issued as Free Ukraina from a DB or PKP counter. I do by now not know how ROmania handles this-ask at the station. Note that about all trains in RO and to HU need also a seat_REServation-as they would know frum UKR as all trains there also need too
