Do not quite understand what you mean, it looks very much americaspeak. In the current situation in UA I think it hardly matters-if you want to get out as a foreigner, then take whatever gives you the opportunity. Moldova is closest by, then Romania.
Before this invasion etc all started there were indeed a few (not daily in winter, now) the usual overnight standard UKR trains, of course all run by the state-owned UKR-railways on that route. Much more links by changing at Lviv.
