No websites are showing however this website does say that there is an overnight train. Does anyone see any trains available and can you please send the website and details entered if you do?

IF you had just taken the tiny trouble to scroll down and read-various same-same postings all got the very same answeŕ NO trains INTernat. at all for now and for as long as noone knows to ISt. There are (were?) a few through buses, mostly run by the ever present Turkish buscompanies (some even used to start from way further up north, UKRayna and Moldova).
If you insist on riding those steel monsters on iron rails, you can go with several changes and roundabout route to Sofia-Plovdiv in BG, then its also bus.

The direct train Bucharest - Istanbul starts on 04.06.10:55 and will consist of a Turkish couchette car. It's still not bookable at bilete.internationale.cfrcalatori.ro but even when they enable the booking, you have to collect your ticket at the station.
