Are there any options in which it is not mandatory to make any reservation to travel by train from Paris to Amsterdam?

Yes, but it will in the end cost you more as take much longer as the direct Thalys.
Hourly BNL local trains Ams-Antwerpen, change.
hourly NMBS tains Ant-via Gent-(sometimes change Kortrijk)- LIlle=Rijssel in Vlaams.
ONLY weekend some direct (but then cheap) local TER trains to Paris via Amiens. Otherwise about hourly to Ams, thechange and same onward to gare du Nod. Total trip time around 8 hrs if lucky with connections.
Daft easy to find on any travelplanner for trains: just split up in segments. On bahn.de (=german rails, works for nearly all of EUR0 you can click ´only nahverkehr´ but then it will also omit all trains labelled as IC-the first 2 are.
There are also a very few (mo-fr) connections Brussel-Paris via the old classic line, Mons-Aulnoye-Maubeuge
