soit en Suède de Stockholm à Narvik (Norvège)

You mean a real car? (auto,mobile), Then no.
You may have some luck by ferry. All along the coast from Norway till far north there is a daily boat service, hurtigrute (which means ´fast route´ it is not fast at all), but it is very, very pricey (as most things are in NO) and you have to check yourself if they take cars.
Cars on trains: an overview can be found on seat61.com, then google motorail. There are hardly any left.
