I've bought tickets for two delux sleeper cabins on the Nightjet from Florence Italy to Vienna Austria.
There appears to me a question of how I will get the tickets printed as their instructions say to go to an AUSTRIA based ticket machine or ticket window to get them printed. However I won't be in AUSTRIA prior to boarding in Italy. How does this work?
I've ready OBB consumer reviews that this has been a problem for others as well.
