Witam pisze do państwa w takiej sprawie iż nasz kolega pozostawił moje rzeczy osobiste w szafce depozytowej chciałam zapytać czy istnieje inna możliwość otworzenia tej szafki niż przez paragon ponieważ on przez przypadek zabrał go do Polski

In EUropa nearly all main stations have some kind of luggage boxes. Often divided between Small/Medium/Big. with different prices. Some still take coins only, others only cards. Some for 24 hrs/some for the day till night. Stations may be closed off during the night.
Simply use google: luggage lockers in ´(name city station)´.
In some countries these are very expensive and in some populair towns all taken very early in the day. There may also be alternatives for keep luggage just aorund.

Not in France, out of fear of terrorism. In Germany they only take coins, in Scandinavia only cards, and very expensive.
