I have Italian and Swiss Permanent Residence I can live and work in Europe as long as possible need to know do I need to apply VISAS for travelling Portugal to Singapore by Train or Residence card is OK ? Also is there any train comes back on the same route as well?

IN the Schengen Area-you most likely will already have noted that, you do not need any further for normal short touristy stays. For WORK its quite another thing!
The whole trip by TRAIN to SIN is currently completely impossible, and without even telling what pass/ID/nation you really have, its just wasting time. Check seat61 for normal non-covid info on trains/overland travel.
