Hi everybody,
Does anybody know how to travel from Luleå in Sweden to Kemi in Finland? I want to arrive in Finland at the end of February and use a Interrail ticket. Is it even possible to travel that route with interrail?
Thank you very much :)

As such yes, but with a lot of changes and you may have to pay for the bus in FI in between.
Stages: a few trains/day , reinstated since recently, via Boden to Haparanda (Haapparanttaa in finnish), the border ´town´ with new EU-regulated station for bus and the odd train. You could also use a direct and payable bus from Lulea-check norrbottentrafik for that. I recall that trains only for now run mo-fr, not sat/sun. General SEtravelplanner: resrobot.se
Then finnish bus toTorneo-Kemi, some of these accept IR-check (why even ask?) the country info on interrail.eu. On weekends very few buses. Finnish routeplanner: matkahuolta.fi.
