Yes. There is an overnight train from Bucharest to Chisinau with number 402.
Bucuresti Nord departure 19:12
Chisinau arrival 08:24
4 bed compartment for 135 RON
2 bed compartment for 290 RON
Currently this train is suspended due to Covid19.
I have no date when this train will return.
If the train returns, you will be able to book it on the website of Romanian railways CFR (if I remember right): https://www.cfrcalatori.ro
Go to "International" where you can book the ticket.
