Interrail: can this route be done ?

i'm thinking in this route:
Slovenia - Croatia - Hungary - Slovakia - Czech Republic - Poland

can this be done in a month?
another doubt: i'm from Portugal, and if i'm thinking in starting to do my interrail in Slovenia, how can do it? how do i go to Slovenia? do i have to spend days of my interrail heading to Slovenia?
