Le voyage ferroviaire direct Moscou Pékin est il encore possible depuis covid ? À l’arrivée à Pékin, comment se déroule la quarantaine ? Y a t il des contraintes en Russie et en Mongolie ?

Not yet. You did not tell what country you are from, I assume FRance (where I am now) and so you must have BOTH visa for Russia-China (and possibly pass by Mongolia) and confirm to the covid enrty regulations=which means at least China effectively bans those nasty gwailo with long noses.
Rules about covid change every day and per country and really noone can tell what the situation will be next year, next month or even next week.
