Je chercher actuellement à prendre un bus Varsovie-vilnius puis le jour d’après Vilnius-Tallinn. Des bus sont disponibles, cependant je dois payer le même prix que j’ai le pass interrail ou non. Je ne comprend pas comment faire en sorte que mon pass soit pris en compte. Merci pour votre aide

I am surprised to see those buses give discounts. IF they do it will be based on age or other things. But for the distance the prices are so low over there-plus that there are likely even more buses/companies that are not even fully shown on the web, that on the spot you may even find better deals. NO, you do not need to book this monthes ahead.
The best polish planner is e-podroznik, it also shows all direct trips from PL to other countries.
BUT-as so often-due to corona restrictions by now, it may all be a little different as usual
