Hi.
Currently there are no train connections between Serbia and Bulgaria. Please read here for details: https://www.bdz.bg/en/a/the-restoration-of-international-trains-to-greece-serbia-and-turkey-has-been-postponed-again
From where do you travel to Serbia? Maybe a route from Romania to Bulgaria is the solution for you as there are trains running. Also consider that the route by train between Budapest and Belgrade (if you want to use it) is currently closed due to construction works.
