Buying online ticket from istanbul to Bucharest

Hello.
You have to go to the station of departure and buy it there as paper ticket: Istanbul-Halkali

Romanian railways CFR offers online tickets. I tried already before Corona, but I never got it to book the Bucharest-Istanbul train: http://rail.shop/cfr

Unfortunately the only way to buy them is at the station before travel. I've never found getting a seat to be an issue. One option would be to contact your hotel in Istanbul and have them buy in advance - that's worked for me a lot in the past!
