في وارسو أنت تغير إلى الحافلة. كما لا يوجد سوى في عطلة نهاية الأسبوع اتصال قطار بطيء إلى فيلنيوس (ليتوانيا).
في فيلنيوس ، ستبقى بين عشية وضحاها وتستمر في الصباح التالي بالقطار (معقدة بعض الشيء) أو الحافلة عبر ريغا إلى تالين.

The most direct way is from Berlin to Warsaw (Poland) by train: https://rail.shop/omio or https://rail.shop/omio
In Warsaw you change to the bus. As there is only on weekends a rather slow train connection to Vilnius (Lithuania).
In Vilnius you stay overnight and continue the next morning by train (a bit complicate) or bus via Riga to Tallinn.
