Most connections have two changes.
There is one connection in the morning.
Interlaken Ost departure 07:29
Spiez arrival 07:50
Spiez departure 08:05
Milano Centrale arrival 10:40
On this connection you just have to change the train on the same platform. No stairs, elevators or something like this.
