Genellikle biletin iadesini alabilmeniz veya nedeni Covid19 ise seyahat tarihini değiştirebilmeniz gerekir. Hangi yol için bilet aldınız? Sonra biletinizi iade etmek için iletişim bilgilerini verebilirim.

Usually your should be able to get the ticket refunded - or change the travel date if the reason is Covid19. For which route did you bought a ticket? Then I can give you the contact data to refund your ticket.
