Thats quite a big broad question, a bit lazy also. Try to do some homework before yourself, perhaps even thinking between what towns in RO and FR. Do you want as quick as poss and still use trains or do it the leasure touristy way? f.e. by using InterRail (where this site is made for). Play witht hose routeplanners for now/next week (it wont work for that long before) to get an idea of timings and routings. And dont forget that this coronavirus may have some impact-noone will know for how long.
If you are very, very certain to go that way and IF you want to use InterRail-there is untill 31/3 a 10% discount, but you cannot get refund if no go. However later in the yr there most likely will come another period of discounts. Of course, pity to Gretha, flying is both quicker and cheaper-try WIZZair or Blue air ways for low-budget.

Hi.
It is easily possible by using night trains.
As example:

Bucharest to Vienna by night train: https://rail.cc/en/night-train/bucharest-vienna-en-346/49
Vienna to Zurich by night train: https://rail.cc/en/night-train/vienna-zurich-nj-466/64
Zurich to Paris by day train: https://rail.shop/omio/zurich/paris or https://rail.shop/omio/zurich/paris

OR
Bucharest to Budapest by night train: https://rail.cc/en/night-train/bucharest-budapest-en-472/121
Budapest to Zurich by night train: https://rail.cc/en/night-train/budapest-zurich-en-40462/178
Zurich to Paris by day train: Zurich to Paris by day train: https://rail.shop/omio/zurich/paris or https://rail.shop/omio/zurich/paris

Of course there are other routes possible as well. Just let me know if you need further help. :)

Pete :)
