Just read this elsewhere as warning: even in Norway the old state railway (was NSB, renamed as VY last year) is not the monopoly anymore it once was and he southern trainline Oslo-Stavnager has been taken over with contracter Go-Ahead and thus the bad news; does NOT accept Interrail anymore on this line. Is not mentioned in the official Interrail-stuff yet.

Update: more recent news suggests this was an overseen issue and that staff have now been instructed that IR IS valid, at least for 2020 on these lines.

Later information I got is that this is now rectified and G-A will also accept IR to same conditions as Vy/NSB does in Norway/Norge.

Hello.
It took some weeks, but now same conditions like on VY trains. Reservation possible (NOK 6) but not required. Reservation available as e-ticket on https://rail.shop/acprail/reservation
Pete :)
