I am transiting through Tirano Station on 19th January. Is it possible to arrange mobility assistance between platforms to help and elderly lady with walking difficulties?

Hello Amber.
I suppose you want to use the train Tirano to Milan or reverse. Right?
This is usually NO problem as it starts and ends on platform one. Tirano is the final stop of this train line.
And platform one directly leads into the railway station and on the square in front of the station WITHOUT any stairs to use.
Also it is a very short way to walk to get to Bernina Express. Maybe 50 to 100 meters.
Everything is very small there - and in case you will meet a lot of other tourists which will surely help you - or if you come from Bernina Express, ask the staff there - they are very friendly as well.
Enjoy your trip, Peter :)
