When do you want to travel?

If you want to travel the whole route by train you have to go from Oslo to Stockholm first ( tickets via https://rail.shop/omio/oslo/stockholm or https://rail.shop/acprail/sj or SJ ), then you can take the night train to Narvik: https://rail.cc/en/blog/nighttrain-stockholm-narvik

An alternative route would be to travel from Oslo to Trondheim (day or night train), then from Trondheim to Fauske (on the route to Bodo; again night or day train). Tickets via https://rail.shop/acprail/vy or VY.
