Hi.
There are direct trains every two hours from the train station Porto Campanha to Penafiel.
The journey time is 35 minutes. Tickets are available for 4,30 EUR on https://rail.shop/cp
There are taxis available in Penafiel: www.taxis-penafiel.pt
You could also contact the winery you want to visit and ask for transportation.
If you want to travel from Porto to Largo Sacadura Cabral, you could use a direct train. The closest railway station is called "Marco de Canaveses". The train connection is like above: journey time is about one hour. Trains run every two hours. Tickets available for 6,15 EUR via the link above.
From the train station "Marco de Canaveses" it is a walk of 20 minutes (1.5km) to "Largo Sacadura Cabral".
