My question is about Eurail: is it worth to buy Eurail pass to travel from Istanbul to Paris one way?

Hi!

When do you want to travel?
Do you want to make intermediate stops along the way?
It is not easy to give a general answer but you will probably be better off with regular tickets. If you need more help where to buy, which trains to take,... let us know.

Hi, is it easy to change at Frankfurt flughafen (arriving from Stuttgart) for the Bruxelles train? The connection time is only 7 minutes between arrival from SGT and departure to Brux. & not sure if that would be enough time? Thanks in advance! MillaRose

Hi Milla.
Yes it is easy. Frankfurt Flughafen/Airport railway station: https://rail.cc/en/frankfurt-am-main/frankfurt-airport-railway-station/l274
There are only four platforms. Clean design. Even one train is in delay, the other will wait a little bit.
