Hello I just bought a Global pass with 5 days of travel.
1. are the outbound and inbound journey included within the 5 travel days or are they added to them?
2. how do I buy the ticket of a journey for my interrail? do I have to go to a train station in person?
3. I will travel with any son (free interrail): do I have to get free tickets for him for each journey or just for my self?
4. i read that the global pass is for 15 days on your website, this is a bit confusing (my global pass should work for a month..
Thanks, alessandra

Hi Alessandra.
1) The inbound and outbound journeys are days of these "5" you have. If you travel outbound, it is day "1" of your "5".
2) Only some trains require a reservation. A lot are free - or there are alternative free routes. Check here: https://rail.cc/en/interrail-train-reservation
What route do you want to travel?
3) No extra reservation/ticket required, even if a reservation is required (see point 2)
4) There are different types of Interrail passes available: https://rail.cc/en/interrail-global-pass
Pete :)
