Budepest to Zagreb

I am looking at travelling from Budapest to Zagreb around Thursday 22nd and Saturday 24th August but on Trainline it is only coming up with bus services by FlixBUS and says there aren't any trains.

First of all, are there actually not any trains running between these places?

Secondly, is this bus service included within the Interrail pass?
