Hello and welcome.
You can try to get it at Nürnberg Hbf (=Nuremberg main station): https://rail.cc/en/nuremberg/nuremberg-central-railway-station/l147
But I think you won't get it there as the Eurail pass is only sold online and on some train ticket offices at the international airports like Frankfurt and Munich.
The easiest was is to order it online and get it send to Neuendettelsau or a hotel address. Have a look here for the official Eurail pass: https://rail.shop/eurailcom
Note: you are only allowed to travel with Eurail if your permanent residence is outside of Europe. If you are resident of an European country, you have to buy an Interrail pass: https://rail.shop/interrail
