Hey forum
Im going interrailing with 3 friends in 2-3 weeks and we're in the process of planning the route. However none of us have interrailed before so we're not really sure which routes will work out best. So far the route looks something like this:
Prague -> Budapest -> ?? -> Greek island -> ??
We're starting out in Copenhagen and got a 22 day pass, so we'll probably hit Hamburg first. I feel we could use some advice on a route between Budapest and a greek island, including which island(s) you can get to rather easily.
Thanks in advance.

Prague -> Budapest -> Serbia - Beograd will be nice and it in the middle of the route -> Greek island -> Italy (?)
Well the train from Budapest goes to Beograd which is a nice city and it is worth visiting..
After Beograd you can go to Salonica and Athens... and a good route is to go to Corfu which is an island on the Ionian and Ferries from there go to Italy so its the best way to return ;)

Beograd sounds like a good choice between Budapest and Athens. Are the train connections good between those two cities?
Also Ive heard much good of Corfu, but it seems to be quite far from Athens. How long does that trip take?
